1)接通冷却水,打开电源,将温度仪的温度调到800℃。
2)升温:接通电源约4小时即可以升至800℃,达到操作温度,温度自动控制。
3)进氨时(见配气房配置系统图)。见氨稳压器使用说明书,氨稳压器A2、A4的调节手柄全部旋出来。氨稳压器与氨罐阀门A1、A2连接好后,调节氨稳压器手柄,使工作压力达到0.05-0.08MPa.
4)通氨放空:打开放空阀,然后慢慢打开氨阀,使氨通入分解炉,约放空半小时。
5)约放空半小时后,如果无氨刺激性味道时。关闭放空阀,分解炉进入稳定运转状态。
2 纯化部分正常运转(按停机时的下一个工作状态开车)
氢氮混合气纯度达到要求后,,按照隔膜压缩型机说明书开车顺序,启动隔膜压缩型机。
1)如氢氮混合气贮罐压力低于0.02MPa,用氮气置换。打开氢氮混合气储罐放空阀门V3(见配气房配置系统图 )放空。)氧气含量合格后关闭放空阀门V3。
2) 氢氮混合气储罐压力达到0.05MPa, 接通冷却水。打开阀门(见配气房配置系统图)F8,F10,启动隔膜压缩型机。
3) 开车时打开放空阀门V4,系统正常后关闭放空阀门V4
4)压力升到工艺要求,往车间送气。
