以工业普氢为原料,通过催化除氧,冷凝和吸附两级干燥,以及过滤除尘,可以除去氢中杂质氧,水汽和尘埃颗粒等,获得高纯氢气。
原氢接如原气阀,原氢流量计,除氧器,进行催化除氧。再经冷却器冷凝降温,用冷凝水使气体降温,进入汽水分离器,分离水分。
此时气体可以分别经阀门,进入1组吸附器或2组吸附器吸附干燥,然后经阀门,再经过滤器,由纯氢出口送使用地点。
该复式流程,在一只吸附器工作的同时,另一只吸附器可以进行再生处理,再生用气取部分干燥纯氢,通过再生流量计,阀门送1组吸附器或2组吸附器,加热再生吸附剂,再生废气经阀门进入汽水分离器放空,水分经阀门排出。
