3氮气纯化装置
以空分氮气为原料,通过催化除氧,冷却、分子筛吸附剂进行变温吸附,纯化干燥气体。以及过滤除尘,可以除去氮气中杂质氧,水汽和尘埃颗粒等,获得高纯氮气。该装置为复式流程,在一只吸附干燥器工作的同时,另一只吸附干燥器可以进行再生处理
4 混合配气装置
以含氢气为原料,通过调节阀调节,加入纯氮气中,获得稳定的具有一定比例的氢氮混合气。
