设备主要组成及功能;
1 控制器;是本系统的控制机构,其动作直接受执行机构控制。是二氧化碳,氩气混合配比的关键部件。
2 分析仪;是本系统的检测机构,显示配比气中的二氧化碳百分比含量,并把二氧化碳百分比含量转换成电信号。
3 智能显示调节仪;是本系统的控制器,把二氧化碳分析仪的电流信号与设定值比较计算,计算结果转换成执行器需要的4电信号,调节二氧化碳的浓度。智能显示调节仪设定了混合气浓度上下限声光报警输出.
6 混合罐;把二氧化碳,氩气混合配比。
7 混合气流量计;把混合后的气体流量显示出来。(获取正确的读数,需要用混合气密度和压力修正)
