1 . 概述
1.1 KGHS系列可控硅电解电源是采用水冷式晶闸管调压的直流供电
   设备,它适用于水电解制氢行业或其它电化学等行业。

2 . 使用条件
   产品在下列条件下正常使用
2.1 海拔高度不超过1000米;
2.2 周围环境温度不高于+40℃,不低于+5℃;
2.3 空气最大相对湿度不超过90%(20±5℃时);
2.4使用场合无易燃易爆炸危险,无足以腐蚀金属和破坏绝缘的导电尘埃
   及气体;
2.5无剧烈振动和冲击,垂直倾斜度不超过5°的场所;
2.6在电网电压波动±5%的情况下输出额定电压;
2.7冷却水进口温度不低于+5°C,不高于+35°C;
2.8水质应符合:
2.8.1电阻率不小于10×103Ωcm.
2.8.2PH值在6-9之间.
2.8.3当冷却水含有特殊熔质时,其分析检验标准为GB3859-83第4.1.2.4④项之规定.

4 . 结构特点及外形尺寸
4.1柜体采用GGD类型,可与低压配电柜并列安装使用,外壳防护等级 IP-20(GB4208-84)
4.2柜内装有三相桥晶闸管整流电路及其水冷散热器,晶闸管触发控制器,
快熔,熔断器,交流接触器及继电器等电气控制元件。并装设有水流量计,电接点压力表.
4.3门面板装有输出电压、电流等指示仪表以及指示灯、控制开关、操作
 按钮和调节旋钮等。
4.4交流输入在柜内前右下部,直流输出在柜体内左右下侧,柜体前后开门,便于维护与检修。

5.3工作原理
5.3.1 三相交流电经进线熔断器(1-3FU)和接触器(0KM)接入整流变
压器一次侧,变压后经快熔1-3FF和三相桥(1-6VT)后变成可调的直流
电输出。
5.3.2 1-6VT晶闸管的触发信号及其控制由晶闸管闭环触发控制器AP提供。AP是一锁相控制模拟数字触发器,具有开环和闭环两种控制式,限压稳流或限流稳压两种调节方式以及过流过压保护功能。并有相序自适应、上电封锁及软起动功能。输入控制电压为0~-10V。触发控制器AP
的面板上设有“电源”、“失控”、“过流”、“过压”和六个脉冲输出指示灯
(发光二极管)以显示触发器 的工作状态。触发器电源正常时“电源”灯亮,锁相电路异常时“失控”灯亮。过流或过压时其灯亮。当输出的各路触发脉冲正常时其相应的灯亮。
5.3.3 整流柜设有过流、快熔断、缺相、缺水、晶闸管超温、急停信号保护装置,运行中,当上述某一种故障出现时,其相应指示灯亮,
并切断主回路发出声光报警,同时给外部一个故障干接点信号。
5.3.4 操作电路由交流接触器(0KM)及各中间继电器、起动、停止、复位等按钮(1-6SB)以及各路继电器(1-9KA)及调节电位器(RP)等组成。
6 . 安装调试及使用
6.1安装
6.1.1本设备应安装在通风干燥,没有腐蚀性气体远离热源的场所。
6.1.2底座应用枕木(高度为80-100mm)垫起,使整机工作时有良好的
 通风,潮湿地面应采取防潮措施,以免使电气元件受潮破坏其电气绝缘程度。
6.1.3设备应有良好的地线。
6.1.4设备安装完毕,将水路接通试验水流量,水压不得高于2Kg/cm2(但不能低于1Kg/cm2),同时不得有渗水,漏水的地方.
6.2调试与使用
6.2.1使用前认真阅读说明书,并检查各紧固件、接插件及接线等,确保
    正确无误。
6.2.2将三相交流电源接入标有A、B、C、N的输入端上,接入保护接地线PE,同时直流输出端接上适当负载。然后给通水源。
6.2.3将面板上的“本控←→外控”转换开关1SA置于“本控”位置,将面板上“输出调节”钮反时针调至零,根据用户工艺情况把“稳流←→稳压”转换开关2SA置于“稳压”或“稳流”,把柜内触发器AP置于“闭环”,接上电源,此时“交流电源”灯亮。
6.2.4按“启动”按钮,(在启动主回路前应先给上外部连锁信号,即对外联络端子5、6闭合,同时将外部封锁信号,即对外联络端子9、10断开,如果远程复位功能功能不用的话,首先一定把对外联络端子21、22短结。)则“运行”指示灯亮,顺时针调节“输出调节”电位器,此时电压电流表值逐渐上升,如直流侧负载电阻合适,可至额定值。
6.2.5当设备过载时(超过额定电流的1.05倍),过流保护动作,“过流”指示灯亮,同时切断主回路并发出声光报警,同时给外部一个干接点信号,按动“复位”按钮可解除报警和过流故障锁定状态。在设备处于“外控”时,设备过载后,应打开过流复位开关量使设备复位,才能再次起动设备。按动“消音”按钮虽可解除电铃报警,但是不能解除过流故障锁定状态,所以设备不能再次起动。当水压过低时,水压保护动作,“欠水压”指示灯亮,同时切断主回路并发出声光报警,同时给外部一个干接点信号,在水压恢复正常时,按动“复位”按钮可解除报警和欠水压故障锁定状态。
6.2.6分别设置快熔断、缺相、缺水、晶闸管超温、急停各个故障,此时相应指示灯亮,并切断主回路发出声光报警,同时给外部一个干接点信号。上述五种报警只有排除故障才能解除指示并再次起动设备。但可按“消音”按钮解除电铃报警。
 6.2.7用户可根据工艺情况,分别选择“稳流”或“稳压”状态,此时应把触发器AP面板置于“闭环”状态。用户在使用设备时不可随意调整触发器上的设定,在触发器上“开环←→闭环”转换开关置于开环时,不允许设备工作在“稳流”状态。
6.2.8如需外部控制调节输出,可将“本控←→外控”1SA置于“外控”位置即可,此时整流柜的起动和停止受外部的开关量控制,整流柜的输出受外部的4-20mA电流信号进行调节。柜内装有4-20mA/0~-10V的变换器,可将4-20mA信号变成触发器AP需要的0~-10V控制信号。整流柜本身的起停控制和输出调节不再起作用。
6.2.9 开关1QF为假负载所用开关,在设备调试时使用,在设备运行时打开此开关以节省电能。
6.2.10其它输出端子的情况见接线端子图ZLG-1~24。
7 . 维护与保养
7.1本设备在正常情况下,每月应维护一次,经常清除机内灰尘,每半年
   检修一次。
7.1.1运行加强巡视,注意水压在1-2kg之间,不可超压,否则损坏接口或胶管,但要保证水流量在800L/H-1000L/H之间。
7.1.2胶管在正常使用条件下,一般可用三年,超期使用要加强监管,否则到期应更换。
7.1.3水接头正常条件下使用2年,到期应检查或更换。
7.1.4正常使用条件下,每月要检查接头一次,以防漏水。
7.2 晶闸管是在强迫水冷的条件下工作的,不允许设备在无水冷却的情况下运行,水路的过滤器(用户自备)应定期清洗,确保水路畅通。
7.3保管
   产品不得曝晒,淋雨,应放在空气流通周围介质温度不高于+40℃,
   不低于+5℃,空气最大相对湿度不超过90%(相对于空气温度20±5
   ℃时)以及无腐蚀性气体的环境中,并避免出现凝露和霜冻。
7.4运输
   产品在运输过程中,不应有剧烈振动、撞击和倒放。

6.
