氩气、氦气回收装置
Argon, helium recovery
氩气、氦气回收装置由真空泵、压缩机、高低贮罐、干燥器、脱氧器、电磁阀、压力控制器、程序控制器,PLC等主要元件组成。本系统自动化控制。
该系统功能首先抽去工件中的氮气轨空气,然后充入氦气,进入工件中检漏。检漏结束后,将工件内的氦气用真空泵抽取至低压贮罐、干燥器。脱氧器并由压缩机将低压贮罐内的氦气压入高压贮罐,待下一循环使用。当循环回收系统氦气量减少时由氦气钢瓶补充新鲜氦气,保证整个工序能稳定长期的工作。
每件工件的工艺流程:抽真空→充氦→保压检漏→抽氦回收干→燥器脱→氧器
二、操作步序
工序1:
插入试验导管。启动真空泵至达到真空度后停泵。信号灯亮。可用手动进入下一个工序。
工序2:
达到真空度后,充入氦气,其压力为1.3~2.6MPa。达到压力后信号灯亮。
工序3:
保持氦气压力进行检漏。
工序4:
检漏结束后手动操作真空泵达到真空度后,信号灯亮,关闭真空泵拔出试验导管。
回收系统中,压缩机是自动进行工作的。当低压贮罐压力高于3000Pa即自动启动压缩机。压为零时即停止工作。压缩机将按照低压贮罐的压力决定启动或停止。
三、技术指标
1.真空泵抽掉空气或氮气后绝对压力为20Pa
2.真空泵抽氦气绝对压力为20~50Pa
3.充氦气压力为1.3~2.6MPA,检漏压力≥0.6MPa
4.每一个循环氦气回收率不小于95%
5.手动及自动并用,在每一个工作状态均有信号灯指示。
6.真空泵抽气力不小于8L
7.采用全无油全封闭式压缩机
8.高低压贮罐容积大小应保证压缩机能正常安全工作并带有压力显示。
9.高低压贮罐容积不小于70L
10 电器元件及控制元件均采用进口件或国产品牌产品
11.连接工件的连接管带PT1/2”,接头连接管长度为5000MM,内径≥10M
