一,制氢电解槽大修前的准备工作
1  清扫总装场地,冲洗辅助器具,保证总装所需的环境条件。
2熟悉制氢电解槽大修,按图制氢电解槽大修细表领取成套零件,包括外购件、标准件以及总装所需的辅助材料。
3  备齐制氢电解槽大修工具及物品,包括专用底座、专用扳手、拉伸器、定位销、黄油、橡胶手套、百得胶、剪刀、铜丝刷等。
二,按顺序拆解制氢电解槽
将双头螺栓均匀依次松开。
1抽出上部一根螺栓并取下盘形弹簧组。
2按序号依次取出极框、极板。
3所有卸下的极框和极板,应放在木板上,不得叠放以防止结合面损伤和零件变形。
检修检修部件
1. 将极板上的污物用铜丝刷刷净并用除盐水冲洗
2. 检查极板阳极的腐蚀情况及阴极的锈蚀情况
3. 检查并清理密封线,清理时只许用铜丝刷或木制工具 

1. 极板与附加板应连接牢固,无松动
4. 极板阳极侧镀镍无严重脱落或起皮现象
5. 极板密封线内无杂物,无穿透性横纹
6. 极板密封面不严度不准超过0.2mm
极框 
1.用除盐水冲洗极框及石棉布的污物,并用软毛刷刷洗
2. 检查导气管和碱液孔道
3. 清理极框密封线,清理时只许用铜丝刷或木制工具
4. 检查石棉布情况并做透气实验,如不合格应更换 

5. 极框的密封线无污物,无穿透性横纹
6. 极框的开口环到位,垫块牢固,无松动
7. 石棉布经透光实验后无透光点,无裂纹和松动现象
8. 极框导气孔及碱液孔道无污物堵塞
电解槽附件
1.清洗拉紧螺栓及螺母的丝扣,除去锈蚀, 拉紧螺栓螺纹良好无乱丝扣
2. 检查盘形弹簧是否变形, 盘型弹簧无变形,无裂纹。并做金相检查
3. 检查胶木绝缘垫圈,应无断裂
4. 检查氢、氧、碱孔道,应无污物
石棉布透光试验及安装
透光试验
1将装有石棉布的极板框放在透光圈桶上,圈桶内装有三只60W的灯泡,灯距布距离为400mm。
2进行实验时应在暗室检查。
3当发现有透光点时应先用记号笔做好标记,当石棉布的透光点直径大于0.2mm时,其点数在10点以上时应更换石棉布,小于此标准可进行修补。
更换
1 将极框平放在工作台上,均匀沿极框内径辅放好,开口环辅好放在石棉布上,将石棉布拉紧卡具安装在隔膜框上,并箍住开口环,对称紧固拉紧卡具上的螺栓,测量各拉紧卡具两侧开口环凸出部分的差值不超过0.5mm,则石棉布安装成功。
2沿极框内部修剪石棉布。
3卸下拉紧卡具,用木锤将片轻轻敲入开口环的开口内。
4 清除氢、氧、碱孔道的石棉布碎片,保持其畅通。

三,制氢电解槽装配
 
检查电极板、右极板、左端压板、右端压板、中间极板等密封线及其它各部位外观有无损伤,用百得胶将压片粘贴在气、液道凹槽处,待24小时固化后,擦洗左极板、右极板、左端压板、右端压板、中间极板、保证表面清洁,无污垢油渍等。然后左极板、右极板等分别放置原料区待装。
2.1.5  制氢电解槽石棉隔膜布的处理
   检查制氢电解槽大修后石棉隔膜布的密封和孔部确无损伤和缺陷,用水浸泡12小时后刷去石棉布表面浮绒,浸泡在水上24小时后再检查石棉布上有无锈斑,石棉布与氟塑料压合处有无明显的石棉绒脱落。有浮绒要继续刷洗,有锈斑处要仔细检查有无铁屑,取铁屑注意防止将石棉布穿透,凡是被确认不合格的石棉隔膜布应作好标识退库,并补齐数量,按上述程序重新刷洗。最后全部浸泡在洁净的水中待装。
2.1.6  制氢电解槽镍丝网的处理
2.1.6.1  检查网片无缺陷,用铝排轻拍整平。
2.1.6.2  把正极网(光网)浸在水中用毛刷轻刷去除尘污,浸泡在洁净的水中待装。
2.1.6.3  配制8—12%NaOH水溶液(用比重计检查),以能浸没负极网为宜。按每次放2—3片、每隔2—3分钟一次的速度将负极网浸入碱液中进行活化处理。负极网在碱液中浸泡24小时后取出刷洗干净,再浸泡在洁净的水中待装。
    注意:碱液池在配液前要彻底清理、清洗干净,注意安全,配制好的硼酸水溶液备用,戴好防护用品。现场禁止烟火,注意环境通风。
2.1.7 拉紧螺栓和螺母的螺纹部位清洗后涂黄油,进行螺纹旋合试装和选项配,以手感松紧合适为宜,并作好配对标记或组合摆放待装。
2.1.8  检查碟簧、导向套、导向环有无缺陷并擦洗干净。按图纸要求的碟簧成组数和片数套装在导向套上,最后套装上导向环,按组存放待装。
2.1.9  按图纸要求截取绝缘套管,配制成所需长度成组存放待装。
2.2   制氢电解槽大修总装
    由制氢电解槽大修总装负责人分组分工,首先清点所有待装零件和小组装件。
2.2.1  各组承担的工作
2.2.1.1  极板组:备干净平台,上放橡胶板、干净毛刷、棉纱、药棉,刷去极板上灰尘。用酒精擦拭表面油污、锈斑。按左极板、右极板分别放置,按叠装要求取用。
2.2.1.2  镍网组:备干净平台、毛刷、胶手套、剪刀等,检查并修剪镍网的尖刺和扣结后,叠放在平台上取用。装负极网时,要认准活化面,按装配组要求摆好正反面交给装配组装配。装配时镍网尺寸需要修剪时,要离开槽体修剪,并清除残留在网上的断丝。
2.2.1.3  垫片组:装配过程中随时检查垫片上有无缺陷,刷去尘污,交装配组装配。
2.2.1.4  装配组:备好专用底座、定位圈、定位销,由总装负责人指挥,按图纸要求进行装配。
2.2.2 制氢电解槽大修叠装
在制氢电解槽大修总装负责人的指挥下,按零件的先后顺序进行叠装。操作时应轻取轻放,以免零件错位。
叠装顺序为:左端压板—保温石棉布(干的、中心剪空、贴在端压板上)—隔膜石棉布(中心剪空)—左端极板—负极板(活化面向上)—插定位销—垫片(放下时按下面镍网保持网位不变)—定位圈—放正极网,拿下定位圈—左极板(乳头相对),注意保持下面正极网位置不动…
2.2   制氢电解槽大修总装
    由制氢电解槽大修总装负责人分组分工,首先清点所有待装零件和小组装件。
2.2.1  各组承担的工作
2.2.1.1  极板组:备干净平台,上放橡胶板、干净毛刷、棉纱、药棉,刷去极板上灰尘。用酒精擦拭表面油污、锈斑。按左极板、右极板分别放置,按叠装要求取用。

叠装顺序为:左端压板—保温石棉布(干的、中心剪空、贴在端压板上)—隔膜石棉布(中心剪空)—左端极板—负极板(活化面向上)—插定位销—垫片(放下时按下面镍网保持网位不变)—定位圈—放正极网,拿下定位圈—左极板(乳头相对),注意保持下面正极网位置不动…依此循环至左极板装完—中间极板—正极网—放垫片注意保持下面正极网位置不动—装定位圈—放负极网(活化面朝下)取下定位圈—放右极板(乳头相对)注意保持下面负极网位置不变……依此循环至右极板装完—右端极板—垫片(中心剪空)—盖上贴好保温石棉布的右端压板。
在叠放过程中,定位销抽出长度不得超过销的一半,并注意观察贴好的压片有无脱落或掉在孔槽内。叠装完毕后,仔细检查垫片及正、负极网等是否正好用完,如有差错,要找出原因,否则必须拆解查实。
2.2.3  装配记录:在叠装的同时要设专人检查、专人记录,边装配、边检查、边记录。记录人员要听取检查人员的报告,并进行复核,无误后再作记录,在相应的极板外圆作乳头朝向标记。要逐项填写专用的《装配记录表》(见附录表A)。
2.2.4 安装拉紧螺栓
   由上方将拉紧螺栓插入端压板孔中,装上绝缘套管,从另一端压板孔中穿出,然后在拉紧螺栓两端分别装上绝缘环、导向环、碟簧导向套组件,旋上螺母,徒手拧紧。
2.2.5  制氢电解槽紧槽
2.2.5.1  预紧:拧紧螺母时按对角线方向对称进行,每次拧紧量不宜过大,以两人用扳手(不加接长管)为宜。循序渐进,尽量使各螺母间的压紧力差异小些。调整两端螺母,使各螺栓伸出端压板的距离基本相符。然后可用扳手(加接长管)均匀紧槽,每完一遍要测一下两端压板的间距,并作调整,使用两端压板保持相对平行。紧槽时要注意安全,防止槽体倾倒。当碟簧背缝减小至4.5~5mm时,可视为预紧结束,槽体可以放平了。
2.2.5.2  冷紧:槽体放平后可用拉伸器(或铲车)紧槽,每紧完一遍要测一下两端压板的间距,误差不大于5mm ,以下部间距比上部间距小3mm为佳。紧槽到碟簧背缝在3.0mm时停止紧槽。
2.2.5.3  制氢电解槽充蒸汽
a)  电解槽进液口装通气法兰和专用胶管。两端排污口接装有阀门的排污胶管。
b)  通气前先将蒸汽管内的污水和铁锈排净,待输出洁净蒸汽后接上专用通气胶管,对槽体通气,从进液口两端进气,从两端氢、氧出气口排气,使槽体较均匀受热。
c)  打开槽体排污阀门,将槽体内水排净,待排出洁净蒸汽后关小阀门,使气体从氢、氧气出口大量排出。
d)蒸汽压力为0.2~0.3Mpa,通气时间为10~12小时,使槽体表温均匀达到100℃±10℃时为宜。
2.2.5.4  热紧:用拉伸器(或铲车)均匀紧槽,当两端压板之间的间距接近图纸要求尺寸,间距差小于2mm、下部间距比上部间距小于1mm时,停止紧槽。
2.2.5.5 冷紧:等槽温降至室温时再均匀紧槽,使两端压板间距达到图纸要求。
2.2.5.6 紧槽时要注意观察局部垫片厚度不得小于2mm。对大槽体(如DQ100、DQ200等)应多次重复上述过程,直至达到图纸要求。
2.2.6 气密试验接气密试验专用法兰和管线,盲死其余气孔、液进出口,按槽体工作压力的1.1倍加压、检漏,保压4小时,以不漏、不降压为合格。
2.2.7  装好槽体各法兰,装铭牌等零件。
2.2.8  制氢电解槽涂漆
   清理端压板各表面,涂防锈油漆,外侧刮腻子。端压板侧面涂银色树脂漆,端压板筋板腔涂红色树脂漆。
1.3 检验、入库
   自检后,将装配记录交质量管理部。通知质量管理部对电解槽进行质量检验,专职质量检验人员也可在装配过程中同步检验。合格后签发合格证,凭证入库。

After the light transmission experiment, asbestos cloth has no light transmission spot, no crack and looseness 8. Pole frame air hole and lye hole without dirt plug, cell accessories 1.
